- Products that are personalizedor have been customized with specific charms as per your request are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- If your sunglasses arrive defectiveor damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
