  • Custom or personalized orders may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days within the United States.
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time varies by location, typically 7-14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship to United States only.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Mecharm is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
